Raise an RFQ

Raise a Request for Quotation (RFQ)and send the request to the Suppliers. This can be done online by choosing suppliers whocan provide a competitive quote for the select items in RFQ.

Get a Notification

Once the RFQ is sent, the supplier will get a notification and can login using their credentials, then view the RFQ request by the client. The supplier can then provide their best quote for each item on the RFQ from their Account which will be reflected in the client’s login.

Negotiation

The Quotations received from each vendors /Suppliers can be viewed and then negotiations can also be initiated for the quote received. All the negotiation data is captured in the RFQ / Quotation software for Audit trail. Once the vendor is shortlisted based on the Quotationreceived, then the particular Quotation can be auto-created into a Requisition which can be sent for Approval.

This Quotation from each vendor/supplier can be viewed and negotiation can be done change the 4D ERP software. All negotiation is captured in the 4D ERP software for Audit trail.
Once the vendor is chosen based on the Quotation then Quotation can be auto-connected into Requisition which can be sent for Approval.
